The Clarion County Courthouse tops the skyline of Clarion, PA, and serves as a centerpiece for the town. The building features eye-catching architectural details such as the clock (which still uses the original mechanism to turn the clock hands), and the statue atop the courthouse. While many courthouses feature a blindfolded statue of Lady Justice, this courthouse features a statue of the Greek Goddess Themis (also a symbol of order and justice). The courthouse also serves as a place to come and learn about the history of the county through displays featured within the courthouse. Hear about that history, as well as some of the famous cases that were tried in the Clarion County Courthouse.
