The Powerhouse Eatery in White Haven is located in a restored power house, from the time when White Haven served as a sanatorium for those with Tuberculosis. Connor Scalleat, partner at Scalleat Hospitality Group, which owns the Powerhouse Eatery, takes us through the restaurant and talks about the unique decor, and Executive Chef Jeff Keller makes one of his favorite dishes.
