Description
For five generations, the Patterson family has been producing maple syrup. Cornerstones of the old sugarhouse, where the family worked to boil the sap into syrup, can still be seen today, but the operation has become a modernized and efficient process. Plastic spiles, vinyl tubing, battery-powered drills, reverse osmosis filters, and more are used to produce maple syrup today. See all of that and more on this sweet episode of PCN Tours.
