The state budget will be the top priority for the state legislature in the coming weeks, but local governments hope lawmakers can find time along the way to address their concerns.  John Brenner, Executive Director of the PA Municipal League, wants local police to have the same tool for catching speeders as state police: radar.   And with Memorial Day around the corner,  he supports changes to the state law that would address complaints about fireworks.  May 25, 8pm.
