Film and TV show makers can take advantage of a tax credit program when they choose to locate their productions in Pennsylvania.  Senator Camera Bartolotta says limited annual funding for the program is quickly exhausted, however, which has resulted in crews having to explore options in other  states.   Sen. Bartolotta's bill raises the funding for the program significantly.  May 16, 8pm.
