The spring legislative session is drawing to a close, and with the onset of summer, it can only mean one thing in Harrisburg. That's right, it's finally Budget Week. Both chambers are in town for a few extra days in the hopes of finalizing a budget for the 2021-22 fiscal year, with lots of last minute negotiations happening as leaders hope to not drag past a self imposed June 26th deadline. With $10 billion to work with, legislators are carefully weighing what the future may hold for the commonwealth. Here to discuss the budget with host Larry Kaspar are Chris Comisac of Capitolwire, and Stephen Caruso of the Pennsylvania Capital-Star. They will be joining us from the capitol in Harrisburg.
