March 25: Coronavirus Impact on PA Primary, with PA Dept. of State

Kathy Boockvar, PA Secretary of the Commonwealth, is poised to address the prospect of delaying the state's primary election due to the coronavirus outbreak.  New changes designed to make voting easier, including a mail-in ballot, could come into play in order to avoid gathering in large groups at the polls.   Another aspect of the department's mission, suddenly affected by the outbreak, is the licensing of health care professionals.  This episode of On The Issues airs Wednesday at 9 PM on cable and the PCN Select streaming service.
