Andy Meehan says his only formal political experience up to this point has been working on behalf of the Trump campaigns of 2016 and 2020. Mr. Meehan says the failure of congressman Brian Fitzpatrick motivated him to run against the incumbent in April's primary election. He opposes "red flag" gun laws, and government funding of abortion providers. District 1 consists of Bucks County, which is north of Philadelphia.
