Pennsylvania Youth Congress, an organization of public policy advocates, says discriminating against LGBTQ individuals in matters of employment and housing is legal in Pennsylvania.  Some local governments have implemented their own ordinances that ban the practice, but Jason Landau Goodman, Executive Director of the group, says a more comprehensive statewide law is needed.   Pennsylvania Youth Congress recently kicked off their new LGBTQ rights awareness campaign at the capitol in Harrisburg with the participation of lawmakers.
