The cost of prescription drugs can take a serious toll on a household budget.  Some Pennsylvanians have to make difficult choices between getting enough to eat, and getting their medication.  Rep. Steve McCarter is sponsoring a bill that could be a significant step toward reducing prices for consumers.  He wants to have state government do a feasibility study that could show the benefits of importing prescription drugs from Canada.
