Veterans Day was Monday, and our service members have access to a number services through state government. To explain the unique challenges facing service members and veterans and to discuss some of the programs meant to assist veterans and active military members, National Guard members and reservists are: Maj. Gen. Anthony Carrelli, Adjutant General of the PA Military and Veterans Affairs Department; and Wayne Perry, State Commander, Veterans of Foreign Wars.
