 The Senate is proposing changes to the election code that Pennsylvanians could notice when they go to cast their votes.  The option of voting a straight party ticket may be abolished, deadlines for voter registration may be moved, and mail-in ballots for all voters are on the table for discussion among lawmakers.   Governor Wolf's plan to implement new voting machines statewide may be a step closer to reality as lawmakers zero in on a funding source and a spend figure.  On The Issues airs Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 8pm on cable and the PCN Select streaming service.
