October 29: Senate Agenda with Majority Whip John Gordner

The Senate is proposing changes to the election code that Pennsylvanians could notice when they go to cast their votes.  The option of voting a straight party ticket may be abolished, deadlines for voter registration may be moved, and mail-in ballots for all voters are on the table for discussion among lawmakers.   Governor Wolf's plan to implement new voting machines statewide may be a step closer to reality as lawmakers zero in on a funding source and a spend figure.  On The Issues airs Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 8pm on cable and the PCN Select streaming service.
