You are here: Home / Archive OTI / October 8, 8pm: Judy Olson, Republican for PA Superior Court

Pennsylvania's Superior Court is an appellate court that fixes errors of law in cases that involve children and families.  After an elected judge has served 10 years on the bench, the voters decide if he or she will continue in that capacity.  Before Judge Olson was elected to Superior Court, she was on the Court of Common Pleas in Allegheny County.  Before that, she focused on commercial litigation in her private practice.   Voters will be charged with the task of checking "yes" or "no" next to Judge Olson's name on the ballot on November 5th.  On the Issues airs Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 8pm on cable and the PCN Select streaming service.
