Anne Lazarus has completed a 10-year term on Pennsylvania's Superior Court. That means it's time for the state's voters to decide in November's election whether they want her to continue. When she was chair of the Judicial Conduct Board, the judge says she "literally wrote the book" on judicial ethics. She's been an adjunct professor at Temple University's Law School, and has volunteered at public school teaching civics to 10th graders. Voters will check "Yes" or "No" next to her name on the November 5th ballot.
