House Minority Leader Frank Dermody says his caucus has a spending plan that closely tracks many of Governor Wolf's priorities. It emphasizes schools, health care, and jobs. Representative Dermody supports the governor's proposal to raise Pennsylvania's minimum wage, because he believes that it would send positive ripples throughout the state's economy.
