Elder abuse is still rising in Pennsylvania, and it has become a growing issue in the State Capitol. The State Senate Aging and Youth Committee and the State House Aging and Older Adult Services Committee recently held a joint session to talk about elder abuse and what the legislature can do to help the Department of Aging and its county-level agencies.
