Daniel McCaffery is currently a judge on the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia.  He was a prosecutor and civil trial attorney for twenty-two years before he took a seat on the bench.  Due to retirements, two seats have opened up on the state's Superior Court.  Judge McCaffery has been endorsed by the state Democratic Party, and his name will appear on the ballot for the primary on May 21st.
