Pennsylvania's Superior Court often has the last word in a a legal dispute. Two retirements from the court 
have opened up two seats on the bench. Beth Tarasi says her thirty years' experience as a lawyer has given her the right temperament to do the job. Her legal resume includes cases involving the Three Mile Island nuclear reactor accident, and the oil spill caused by the tanker Exxon Valdez. Beth Tarazi's name will appear on the Democratic ballot on May 21st for the primary election.
