Matt Drozd is a businessman and a former Allegheny County councilman.  He describes himself as a "political moderate, but a fiscal conservative."  He believes the six years he spent in the Air Force Reserve can help him consider complex security threats as Allegheny County Executive.  He says the incumbent Rich Fitzgerald is a caretaker that lacks vision.  Mr. Drozd is unopposed in May's primary.
