Exelon Corporation, the owner of the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant, says the plant's been losing money for years, and they're planning on shutting it down this year. Lawmakers say they have a plan that could keep TMI open, and benefit the industry as a whole. But a coalition called "Citizens Against Nuclear Bailouts" says the proposal would burden consumers with higher energy bills, and help an industry that's already making a profit.
