Gun Laws

In the wake of the Tree of Life shooting, Pittsburgh City Council is considering local gun law ordinances that would preempt state law. In Washington, D.C., the U.S. House has backed a universal background check law and sent the measure to the U.S. Senate for its consideration. To discuss Pennsylvania’s gun laws are: Kim Stolfer, President of Firearms Owners Against Crime, and Shira Goodman, Executive Director of CeaseFirePA.
