Gov. Tom Wolf gave his fifth budget address this week, which as presented, did not increase taxes, though full funding for several environmental agencies and other programs relies on a $4.5 billion borrowing plan that would fund infrastructure projects from rural community broadband, to state parks. Legislative leaders offered their rebuttals to some of the governor’s proposals. To discuss the budget proposals are: John Finnerty, Harrisburg Bureau Chief with Community Newspaper Holdings; Steve Esack, with the Allentown Morning Call; and John Micek, Editor-In-Chief with Pennsylvania Star-Capital. Our host is Brian Lockman.
