When congressional districts in Pennsylvania had their map boundaries re-drawn this year, the distribution of political power changed.  As a result, some areas that supported Donald Trump in 2016 have recently leaned Democratic.  Mr. Rothfus is running in the new District 17 and stands on his record.  He says the policy he voted for produced more jobs and higher wages, and put more money in the pockets of taxpayers.  He promises to preserve Social Security and Medicare, and to support more funding for opioid addiction.
