Jay Costa, Senate Minority Leader

The Pennsylvania Senate only has a few days left to act on pending legislation.   When the clock runs out, bills on their collective desk vanish.  Some are resurrected during the next session.   Senate Minority Leader Jay Costa talks unfinished business, including a bill that eliminates the statute of limitations for sexual abuse of children, and opens a two-year window for all victims to go to court.   Another bill awaiting a vote addresses getting guns out of the hands of domestic abusers.  Senator Costa also reflects on the accomplishments of his chamber.
