George Scott, a graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in International Politics, served in the Army for twenty years.  He retired as a lieutenant colonel.    When he came home, he earned his Master of Divinity and became a pastor in East Berlin, Pennsylvania.  Now he's on leave from his congregation, while he runs for congress.  He wants to expand the Affordable Care Act and restrict assault weapons, in a district that became competitive when its boundaries were changed by the courts.
