Jeff Bartos is a real estate investor and lawyer from Montgomery County.  During his campaign for US Senate in 2017, he changed his plans when he met Scott Wagner, a Republican running for governor.  Now the two men are running mates in November's election.  They say they'll eliminate the school district part of Pennsylvanians' property tax, reduce regulations, and make the state more appealing to young workers and companies looking for a place to locate.
