Child Sexual Abuse Laws with Rep. Frank Burns

A lawmaker from Cambria County thinks a grand jury report on the sexual abuse of children by priests in Pennsylvania didn't go far enough.  He wants to motivate federal authorities to launch a nationwide investigation of such abuse.  He also wants nondisclosure agreements - legal exchanges of money for victims' silence - to not interfere with law enforcement when they're trying to collect facts about an abuse case.   Rep. Burns says some victims who sign nondisclosure agreements don't fully understand what they're allowed and not allowed to do.
