Kathleen Smith is the manager of the Libertarian Party’s Washington County chapter, and the manager of Business and Professional Women of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.   A former inventory manager at Borders Books, Ms. Smith attended Duquesne University, where she studied special education.   She's on the Libertarian side of the ballot in November's election for lieutenant governor.
