Redistricting

The state Senate debated a redistricting measure Tuesday that would create an 11-member redistricting commission, and added an amendment that would have the commission draw statewide appellate judicial districts for the first time in state history. New Congressional districts were drawn by the state Supreme Court for the 2018 Primary Election after they overruled maps drawn by the legislature in 2011. Rep. Cris Dush, R-Jefferson, and Rep. Steve Samuelson, D-Northampton, talk to us about their perspective on the ruling, and whether they think the Justices made the right decision.
