Families who have kids struggling in public schools could get funds from the state to send those kids to private school.  Senator John DiSanto says it's time to give students choices outside their zip code.  He says, under Senate Bill 2, a child enrolled in one of Pennsylvania's worst-performing public schools could have state funding to spend on tuition for private school.  But some Democrats say the idea will only further weaken the public school system.
