There's a lawsuit pending that could have consequences for anyone who drives the Pennsylvania Turnpike.  Two trucker associations say the tolls they've paid are supposed to be spent exclusively on the operation of the turnpike.  They say that's not the case, and they want their money back.  Frank Botta, Immediate Past President of the Transportation Lawyers Association, says a possible compromise could mean good news for all turnpike drivers.
