Bibiana Boerio is a former car industry executive who's been the chief of staff for a former congressman, and Interim President of Seton Hill University. She wants to help all Pennsylvania communities have access to broadband service, improve the Affordable Care Act, and address prescription abuse of opioids. District 14 is in the southwestern corner of the state.
