In partnership with the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation, PCN presents the 35th Annual Pennsylvania Bar Association Statewide High School Mock Trial Competition.
Students from around the state play the roles of lawyers, witnesses, plaintiffs, and defendants and are given the opportunity to argue both sides of the case in an actual courtroom before a judge. The outcome of the case is decided by a jury of lawyers and community leaders who determine the winners in each trial based on the teams’ abilities to prepare their cases, present arguments and follow court rules.
