Guy Reschenthaler is a state senator who did military service prosecuting terrorists in Iraq. He wants to ban "bump stocks", the gun modification that enables rapid-fire, and is touting himself as a "new voice for Washington." District 14 is in the southwestern corner of Pennsylvania, and includes Washington, Greene, part of Westmoreland, and Fayette counties.
