John Joyce is a dermatologist who worked at a stateside naval hospital during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He says the experience made him aware of the sacrifice of veterans, so he wants to improve the VA system. He also wants to get rid of Obamacare, and put in its place a new system that puts patients first. District 13 is the southcentral part of Pennsylvania.
