Electric Vehicle Recharging Stations with Rep. Marguerite Quinn

Rep. Marguerite Quinn has noticed that several of the world's largest car manufacturers have goals to switch to all-electric cars in the future.  GM says they will introduce a line of twenty alternative-fuel models by 2023, and Volvo says they will make only hybrid or all-electric vehicles by 2019.  Rep. Quinn says, although the vehicles are becoming more affordable, many people are reluctant to take the plunge because of a scarcity of charging stations.  Her bill has a plan to change that.
