You are here: Home / Battlewalks / July 1-3: Gettysburg Battlewalks 2020

Every year, visitors of Gettysburg National Military Park have been able to connect with the past by following in the footsteps of the men who fought and died there. Thousands of visitors, in large groups, have made a solemn procession across America’s most famous battlefield, while being recorded by PCN’s cameras since 1995.

Now, in the era of COVID-19, PCN is committed to bringing PA history to the masses, even if it’s a little different. Taking a page from the book of video conferencing, the park is recording their own “virtual” Battlewalks without visitors in attendance. It’s the same reliable information from the same Gettysburg historians, but brought to you in a way that’s designed to keep everyone healthy.
