Pennsylvania continues to reopen the state, with an additional 12 states moving to the Governor's 'yellow' phase. The momentum for reopening seems to be steady, with cases in the state continuing to drop. Legislative Republicans have seen some small wins as well, with the Governor allowing for real estate transactions to continue.
