The Greystone Restaurant in Pottsville displays the history of the 120+ year old building with 18 inch thick stone walls and original wood work. Owner Jerry Labooty shows us the historic building and talks to us about his 15-year ownership of the establishment, and Executive Chef Kory Kirkland prepares three of the restaurant's well-known dishes, including their Pad Thai.
