PCN Profiles: Antigoni Ladd, Executive Vice President & Curriculum Director of the Tigrett Leadership Academy

Antigoni Ladd is the Executive Vice President and Curriculum Director for the Tigrett Leadership Academy. In this role, Ladd develops and instructs leadership workshops. She has more than 30 years of experience in leadership education, as both a program designer and instructor.

The Tigrett Leadership Academy focuses on historical moments and figures to engage in round-table discussions, excursions, and finds inspiration from leaders like Abraham Lincoln, Eleanor Roosevelt, and Lewis & Clark. They pride themselves on real-world applications for real-world issues, and use history as a tool to teach and learn throughout the process.

Prior to co-founding the Academy, Ladd was Senior Vice President of the Consumer Bankers Association, and served for 15 years as Director of the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia.
