Located along the Schuylkill River, just outside of Philadelphia, Conshohocken is a borough with a devoted council. Residences have access to many cultural and recreational amenities. Several parks throughout the borough provide places for children to play, and families to make memories. A Community Center provides indoor spaces for games and sports.
Many businesses have made their home in Conshohocken and several have been operating for decades. The Edwards-Freeman Nut Company sells bulk candy and nuts in the borough and has been a mainstay in Conshohocken for many years. A wide variety of restaurants give visitors a chance to try cuisines from around the world.
Events are a big part of the culture in Conshohocken. A beautiful fireworks display lights up the skies on July 3rd, ringing in Independence Day for all. A soapbox derby makes for friendly competition among borough residents. A Halloween parade, St. Patrick's Day parade, Artsfest, and Car Show round out a fun-filled year.
With so much to do in Conshohocken, it's a great place to live, work, and play.
