Husband and wife, Lee Chizmar and Erin Shea offer elegant, locally sourced meals at their restaurant Bolete. Transforming an old stagecoach inn in Bethlehem, Bolete has a relaxing atmosphere meant to allow patrons to "escape" the hustle of every day life. Chef Lee is originally from Allentown and uses local, farm fresh produce in his dishes.
