Opened in April 2019 by married couple Brett Hulbert and Sandra Morris, their menu features foods with various international influences, such as Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Greek.

The Athenian Cafe - Altoona, PA (2023): The Athenian Cafe, formerly named “Theos Acropolis” after the founder and owner, is a Greek restaurant that offers an authentic Greek spread. Their menu contains several Greek staples, such as gyros, spanakopita, Feta cheese appetizers, kebab platters, and pitas.

The restaurant has an outdoor terrace that includes games, fairy lights, and seating for patrons. Their menu includes American classics and local favorites, such as steak, wings, and pot stickers.

Stookey’s Famous Bar-B-Que - Nanticoke, PA (Premiere 2023): Stookey’s Famous Bar-B-Que is a barbecue restaurant that has been operating since 1926. The founders, Ralph and Margaret Stookey, first opened the restaurant as a roadside stand, where they began the restaurant’s tradition of smoking large cuts of fresh pork in an open pit next to their facility. Stookey’s has since expanded their menu to include chicken, fish, beef, lamb, and turkey and uses their own famous family secret sauce, which is now sold and shipped out nationwide.
