Gerrymandering is the manipulation of district lines for partisan or personal advantage. New mapping and data technologies now allow political leaders to carve districts into ever stranger shapes to control almost completely the outcome of future elections. Fair Districts PA formed in 2016 to inform voters and advocate for a transparent, non-partisan redistricting process.
