This distillery makes vodka, rum, gin, whisky, and bourbon cream with with an essential ingredient courtesy Mother Nature, just outside. The staff here says, humans can’t make good water, so they’re grateful for the convenient location of Big Spring right next to their distillery. They’re not alone in their assessment of the quality of its water – the Pennsylvania Rural Water Association Conference declared it the state’s “Best Tasting Water.” Penn State alumni Kevin Lloyd and Paula Cipar founded Big Spring Spirits in 2014.
