You are here: Home / Archive JRT / Journalists Roundtable — March 18th

This week on Journalists Roundtable, we look at a variety of big ticket news items that have dominated the news cycle here in Pennsylvania. With the end of the Coronavirus in sight, there has been a big push by the Biden administration to ensure that everyone who wants a vaccine can have one by the beginning of May. You may have also heard about the $1.9 trillion stimulus package that passed Congress, injecting even more money into the economy as it begins to get back on its feet. PennDOT introduced a plan to toll nine bridges across the Commonwealth in order to address structural concerns, but Senate Republicans are banding together to kill the plan before it can be implemented. These are just some of what we will cover this week here on JRT.

Joining host Larry Kaspar are Stephen Caruso of the Pennsylvania Capital-Star, John Finnerty of CNHI, and Jan Murphy of PennLive / The Patriot News.
