Several Pennsylvania counties have recently stated their intentions to preemptively re-open their economies, against the orders of Governor Wolf. Beaver, Lancaster, and Lebanon Counties will move to reopen May 15th despite their place among the Governor's 'red phase' counties. Senate Republicans continue to press forward with subpoenas to obtain information about the controversial business waivers, and further continued to push for reopening of sectors of the Pennsylvania economy.
