Mike Cammisa worked on Capitol Hill raising funds for political action committees. While he was in Washington, he was able to see first-hand the shortcomings of government. As a candidate for congress, he's looking forward to reducing regulatory and tax burdens on small businesses. He also wants to repeal District 8's controversial "Rain Tax". Located in the northeastern corner of Pennsylvania, District 8 is made up of Wayne, Lackawanna, Pike, Luzerne, and Monroe counties.
