Election 2020 starts next Monday with the first presidential contest in the nation, the Iowa Caucuses. Pennsylvania’s Primary Election is Tuesday, April 28, but nomination petitions began circulating this week for candidates for statewide offices, 18 Congressional seats and the General Assembly members who are up for election.
