Focus on Aging Adults: Nuclear Power

In Pennsylvania, there is legislation proposed that lawmakers say would help to save the nuclear power plants in the state. But advocacy groups, like AARP, oppose this legislation because ratepayers would be paying more for electricity. In this month's episode,  our guests talk about nuclear power in the state, and the effects this new legislation could have if enacted.

Our guests include:

Desiree Hung, Associate State Director of Advocacy, AARP PA

Bill Malcolm, Senior Legislative Representative, State Advocacy and Strategy, AARP

David Taylor, President and CEO, PA Manufacturers' Association
